Shipping & Returns
** These policies only apply to items in The Change District Store collection. Only these items are sold by us. If you find an item from another collection with an Add to Cart button next to it, please alert us so that we can fix this. Do not attempt to buy it as it is only a listing. Only orders containing items sold exclusively from The Change District Store collection will be approved. All others will be cancelled. **
Shipping is free. However, please note that international orders may incur additional fees, such as customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for these charges.
Shipping times vary and are listed alongside every item. All times provided are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped to you once it has left the warehouse. It does not include processing and manufacturing time. However, when possible, we will include these in the product descriptions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT: Please look over your order to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you have submitted the wrong one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order is sent out. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to just place a new order.
For logistical reasons, orders with multiple items may sometimes be shipped out in separate packages.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all items in our store have return policies of 15 days. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
