These bars taste just like apple pie! We do that by mixing Spicely organic cinnamon with dried organic apple bits from Oregon and Washington orchards into our signature batter. Because of the sweetness of the apples, this bar is the sweetest of our organic protein bars, though it is still low glycemic. The combination of the seeds and sunflower seed butter create a texture that is smooth and crunchy.
