Berry Blackout is based on Lexington Bakes award-winning Berry Blackout Protein Cookie. We took the hit “milk” chocolate recipe from August (you guys loved it so much, you’ll be seeing more of it, wink wink), a base of Dominican cacao, coconut, oat, and sunflower seed butter, but with tart, juicy raspberries, and a generous helping of our own house-made sprinkles: spirulina and pitaya-dusted coconut shreds. It’s so fudgy, so jammy, so creamy… We’re crushing it, and we think you will too.
